How I can help
As a certified Mind Body Health Coach, I help women like you to feel better about your body. To end the destructive cycle of body image anxiety and develop a better, easier relationship with food.
I can help you to:
- Identify, understand and free yourself from old negative patterns of behaviour
- Guide you towards the source of fresh, new thinking
- Show you how to fundamentally change your perspective of yourself and your body.
A safe space
I provide a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space for you to be heard, to let go of old emotional issues and release long-held tension in both the mind and body. I work one on one with clients both in person and via phone or Zoom, meeting weekly or fortnightly, depending on your individual needs and requirements.
