Escape the stress cycle
Imagine being able to handle life and its challenges with more ease, calm and grace.
Imagine being more resilient to overwhelm and stress, without getting caught up in the drama of the moment.
Imagine feeling more confident in your decision-making and less dependent on the opinion and guidance of others.
Imagine knowing that wellbeing and connection are in fact your natural default, and not something you have to continually work at.
I’m Rochelle and I’m a Mind Body Health Coach, based in Melbourne. I help busy, stressed, hardworking women like you let go of the worry and overwhelm and come back to a place of peace, calm and clarity.
The day I met Rochelle I knew nothing about the three principles. I arrived to Rochelle feeling totally broken and believed it would take lifetimes of work to “fix” myself. Working with Rochelle it didn’t take long before I deeply understood that I was “Whole”. I wasn’t broken at all, I simply “thought” I was.
That wholeness is with me daily now, I no longer feel broken. I also understand my humanness and that makes life much easier. I let myself off the hook from trying to be the perfect person or perfect mother. I highly recommend this work to anyone who is struggling in anyway. The benefits are universal and they apply to all aspects of ones life.Haley Yaffe
Take the pressure off
It’s time to put down your to-do list. Ease your foot off the pedal. Relax those tense shoulders.
As women, we grow up with this belief that we have to stay on top of things, that it’s all up to us, that we have to push and manage and control in order to have the life we want, to have the relationships we desire, and the fulfilment and connection we crave.
We think we have to do it all.
The truth is, the busier we get out there in our lives, the busier we get inside our own heads. As we try to keep all those balls in the air, fulfill our obligations and commitments, be there for the people who rely on us, have quality time with our family, maybe even cram some self-care in there somewhere (maybe!) – all we’re doing is spinning faster and faster, getting more and more anxious, until eventually, something has to give.
And it’s usually us.
There is another way. And the great news is, it’s so much easier than you think.
Let me show you how to tap into your natural state of calm and wellbeing, and bring back the ease and flow into your daily life. So you feel strong and supported, with a greater sense of clarity, regardless of what life may bring.
